If your mirror stops working, there are several steps you should take to troubleshoot the issue.
Battery - Powered Operation
If your mirror is designed to run on batteries, start by checking the battery compartment.Open the compartment, which is usually located at the base of the mirror. Inspect the 4 AA batteries (assuming it uses AA batteries). If the battery is dead or damaged, Then, insert four new, fresh AA batteries, making sure to align the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly with the markings in the compartment. Close the battery compartment securely and see if the mirror powers on.
Plug - in Operation
For mirrors that operate via an AC adapter, first, ensure that the adapter is firmly plugged into the power port on the mirror. Check if the connection is secure; sometimes, a loose connection can cause the mirror to stop working.Next, verify that the other end of the AC adapter is properly inserted into a working electrical outlet. You can try plugging in another device to the same outlet to confirm that the outlet is supplying power. If possible, also check the AC adapter itself for any visible signs of damage, such as frayed wires. If the adapter seems damaged, it may need to be replaced.
